PLATE CARE

I want everyone to love their purchase from the moment they set their eyes upon it, to the moment it reaches their home (and for many days beyond this). However, love’s affection can wax and wane upon a whim.

Change of mind returns can be accepted for in store credit (valid for 1 year) or an exchange (item/s of equal value to the initial purchase). Funds can additionally be put towards the commissioning of a custom piece. 

Refunds are not offered unless an item is faulty, damaged or does not match the description on the listing. Please choose your item carefully!
